Executive Director
Kevin Walker, MS
Read Bio

As the Executive Director for Retreat at Lancaster County, Kevin Walker brings over 17 years of experience in behavioral health. He began his career managing a group home for dependent youth in Vermont. He then transitioned into Child Welfare. In 2009, he supervised a team of social workers for a family based center in Philadelphia. In 2013, he became the Vice President of a 28-site outpatient mental health and substance abuse treatment center, after serving for three years as Executive Director of the mental health division. An avid fly fisherman, he currently lives in Lititz with his wife and three children.

Kristi Dively, D.O
Read Bio

Dr. Dively did her undergraduate work at West Chester University of Pennsylvania and attended medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Memorial Hospital in York, PA and worked in private practice in Phoenix, Arizona and Lancaster, PA for 5 years. She then worked in a non-clinical position for 4 years doing Medicare compliance reviews before getting back into patient care and working in Addiction Medicine. She is board-certified in OB/GYN and a fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Kate Ramsey, MS, LPC

Kate is a licensed professional counselor in the state of PA. She received her undergraduate from Yale University and completed her Master’s through Capella University. Kate previously worked for 20 years as a professional actor, director, and artistic director with theaters in NYC and throughout the East coast. For almost 10 years, Kate & her husband served as houseparents for Milton Hershey School, a private residential school for children from in need. Kate then earned her Master’s in mental health counseling while at MHS and completed her internship for her Master’s with Retreat. Since then Kate has served as a primary therapist, clinical specialist, drama-focused therapist, clinical supervisor, senior clinical supervisor, and is currently clinical director for Retreat at Lancaster County. When she has free time, Kate enjoys running, drawing Kawaii, and singing show tunes.

Mary Kate Welsh, CRNP

MaryKate was an RN for 10 years prior to obtaining her Family Nurse Practitioner certification and licensure in Pennsylvania. Her goal has always been to work in behavioral health and will be pursuing board certification in psychiatry in the near future. MaryKate joined the U.S. Navy Reserve in 2014 and has been a commissioned officer in the Nurse Corps for the last 8 years. She was called to Active Duty early in 2020 for 6 months and thankfully returned home safely to her 5-year-old son later that year. MaryKate’s professional relationship with the Retreat started in 2017 when she was working as a nursing instructor in Lancaster CTC’s LPN program. Her students came back each week from their shadowing experiences at the Retreat full of excitement and inspiration. Many of her prior students now work at the Retreat as experienced professionals and she is very proud of them. MaryKate started working full-time at the Retreat as a Nurse Practitioner and her passion for nursing mentorship, education, and behavioral health lead her to pursue the Director of Nursing position in March 2022. MaryKate feels honored to work alongside such incredible nurses and see firsthand the life-changing work they do for our patients every day.

The Behavioral Health Service Center of Retreat at Lancaster County provides comprehensive PHP (partial hospitalization), IOP (intensive outpatient), and GOP (general outpatient) care. We specialize in substance use disorder and mental health services for patients who need a flexible treatment model, providing counseling and other clinical services.
