Retreat Behavioral Health offers a wide range of substance abuse and mental health services designed to provide the highest quality of treatment. Our specialized programming will also assist patients in dealing with trauma, pain management, as well as grief, and loss.

Our professionals include mental health therapists, substance abuse counselors, psychologists, psychiatrists, and a nursing staff that is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Patients at our inpatient center may be taking their first steps in their recovery journey or may be admitted to the outpatient level of care after completing the inpatient program at Retreat or elsewhere.

About our BHSC Services

The behavioral health service center of Retreat at Lancaster County provides comprehensive PHP (partial hospitalization), IOP (intensive outpatient), and GOP (general outpatient) care. We specialize in substance use disorder and mental health services for patients who need a flexible treatment model, providing counseling and other clinical services.

Counseling groups are held every day, with additional free, specialty groups held at specific times throughout the week. We also offer private psychotherapy and psychiatry sessions dependent on clients’ individual needs.
