Connecticut Job Fair

(NEW HAVEN, CT) — On September 10th, Retreat Behavioral Health will host a job fair in partnership with Workforce Alliance at its newly renovated 80 bed inpatient & outpatient facility located in New Haven.

“The opening of our new state-of-the-art center will bring an influx of jobs to the New Haven area, as well as quality treatment for both substance abuse and mental health disorders,” states Kenneth Kosza, Chief Operating Officer. “We are looking to fill a multitude of positions; including clinical aides, licensed therapists, nurses, medical professionals, culinary staff, transportation specialists and more.”

The job fair will be held at the facility located at 915 Ella T. Grasso Blvd in New Haven from 1PM-5PM. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with Executives and department team leaders to learn more about the services we offer. Tours of the campus will also be available. There will be an opportunity for onsite interviews – applicants are encouraged to bring copies of their resume.

With two successful inpatient treatment centers located in Palm Springs, Palm Beach County, FL & Ephrata, Lancaster County, PA, and multiple outpatient sites, the opening of the New Haven site will add to the accessibility of quality care on the East Coast. Each residential site boasts a full team of licensed therapists, onsite medical team, clinical aides, patient care coordinators and more for a multi-faceted approach. This all-inclusive, in network service model allows for patients to become immersed in treatment, focusing on building a foundation in recovery.

Retreat Behavioral Health has continued to grow, opening multiple Behavioral Health Service Centers in key regions to meet the continuing need for substance user and mental health disorders.

“The accessibility of quality care has always been our top priority,” states, Peter Schorr, CEO & Founder. “We have worked consistently with insurance organizations such as Aetna, Magellan & Cigna amongst others, to raise the bar on substance abuse and mental health services, all while expanding treatment options in-network. This allows the average person to access the care they need at an affordable rate.”

With an overwhelming demand, Connecticut stands as one of the nations most affected states in terms of both mental health and substance use disorders.
