Retreat Premier Addiction Treatment Centers Transitions to Retreat Behavioral Health, with Expanded Mental Health Services
Retreat Premier Addiction Treatment Centers, the highly-respected industry leader in substance abuse treatment, today announced a corporate transition to Retreat Behavioral Health, a comprehensive provider of substance abuse and mental health treatment services.
Under the auspices of Retreat Behavioral Health, the organization will continue to spearhead its standard-setting substance abuse services, while adding on new services dedicated to mental healthcare and co-occurring disorders.
At the inpatient level, Retreat has been granted a license at its Lancaster County, PA, residential site to treat patients with a dual diagnosis — that is, a drug/alcohol problem and a specific mental health condition. These conditions include disorders such as anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and PTSD, among others.
At the outpatient level, Retreat will continue to operate its successful after-care programming for graduates of our inpatient program, but offer new specialties in providing psychotherapy and medical diagnoses for ordinary patients struggling with a mental health condition independent of substance misuse altogether.
This transition reflects Retreat’s goal of serving our patients on diverse levels, assuming the role of a valuable and flexible contributor to the well-being of the communities we serve.
